Jillian Dees, MHA, connects people, processes, and purpose to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare. She holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Bachelor’s in Public Health from East Carolina University.

Based in Charlotte, Jill currently serves as the Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator at Northeastern University, where she manages clinical placements in the ABSN program and ensures alignment with our partnering healthcare systems. With experience in clinical operations, project management, and regulatory compliance, she thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Jill is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through strategic project execution, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Known for her strong communication skills, adaptability, and dedication to continuous learning, she brings a proactive and thoughtful approach to every team she joins!
