Assistant Clinical Professor

Dr. Kelli A. Uitenham is an award-winning, nationally certified medical Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist with more than a decade of experience in adult and geriatric care. She currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Northeastern University, where she integrates her clinical expertise with her passion for teaching to prepare the next generation of speech-language pathologists.

In addition to her faculty role, Dr. Uitenham is the owner of Serenity Speech Therapy, a private telepractice licensed in nine states, and the founder of the Brain Talk Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, with a special focus on concussion, TBI, and CTE in athletes. She is also the host of Kandid Konversations with Dr. Kelli, a weekly podcast that amplifies personal stories and fosters candid dialogue on brain health, recovery, and resilience.

Widely recognized for blending clinical excellence with engaging public speaking, Dr. Uitenham is committed to championing brain health, functional recovery, and equitable access to care.
