Empowered Voices: Women Shaping the Future of the Queen City
Mar 21
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
2151 Hawkins St #800
Charlotte, NC 28203
Women Who Empower will offer the opportunity to hear from incredible women leaders who are contributing to the future of health, innovation, economic development, and social justice in the Queen City.
For many years, those individuals recognized as the architects behind Charlotte’s emergence on the national stage were exclusively men. Charlotte is now a much larger and more diverse city—and has evolved into a dynamic hub of innovation and progress. At the forefront of this transformation are remarkable women such as Janet LaBar, President & CEO of Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, Robyn Lake Hamilton, President & CEO of Urban League of Central Carolinas, Hillary Crittendon, Assistant Vice President, Head of Operations and Strategy for the Pearl, and Keri Revens, Director, Evaluation & Research Partnerships, Advocate National Center for Health Equity. We are excited to welcome these four incredible leaders for what promises to be a timely discussion about the past, present, and future of the Queen City, moderated by Angela Hosking, Dean & CEO of Northeastern University Charlotte.
We invite everyone interested in Charlotte’s growth and success to join us for this important conversation.
