About

As the campus operations manager, Chris Smith is responsible for the overall management of Charlotte campus facilities, including risk management, health and safety, technology administration, and campus events, and acts as liaison for campus renovations and build-outs.

Smith brings a wealth of experience in business operations, facility and event management, budgeting, and staffing. In his previous role, Smith served as the assistant director of facilities operations for the athletics department at Columbia University, managing the indoor athletic complex. He also served as the events and facilities manager at Webster Bank Arena.
